Meet Matthew and Rebecca — Co-Founders of myinternalrecruiter.com

With a combined 24 years of industry experience, when it comes to recruitment — they’ve seen it all. Having worked at the world’s largest agencies, they know what it takes to help SMEs achieve success and grow. They also know what doesn’t work. And what the traditional agency model so often gets wrong.

Things like: hit-and-run fees. Spot placements. Short-term relationships and short-term results. An approach that prioritises the agency’s bottom line.

For Matthew and Rebecca, recruitment is about people. True partnerships, real results. Getting the right talent in the right places.

They were tired of seeing MDs frustrated. Ambitions — and growth plans — unfulfilled. They knew there was a better way. A cost-effective, straighforward solution that would make a genuine difference. REBECCA DALZELL

Founder & Director

After graduating from Edinburgh university Rebecca moved to Leeds and started her recruitment career. With ten years recruitment experience working across various and varied sectors Rebecca has a talent to immediately ingrain herself in your business and find the right candidate for you. Rebecca has held senior management roles for five years and recruited into her own large teams. She will work with you and your teams on your recruitment strategy. We all know getting the right people will help your business grow. Recruitment and retention need to be integrated into all departments and Rebecca will come up with a plan to work with each department. Outside of work Rebecca loves to travel, and a glass or two of red wine.

MATTHEW EARNSHAW

Director

Matt started his career as an accountant. He has worked in the Yorkshire finance recruitment market for 14 years. During this time he has run his own successful recruitment business and started a corporate recruitment team from scratch. Matt joins us with a wealth of knowledge in recruitment and business. Matt is particularly passionate about working with SMEs and is very skilled at finding the right candidate for your company. Outside of work Matt will be found on the golf course especially Links courses in Scotland.

NISHA GUDRA

Internal Recruitment Manager

Nisha started her recruitment journey 18 years ago in Leeds, which then lead to her move to London. During this time, Nisha has held various roles in several sectors ranging from Resourcer to Internal Recruiter. Nisha holds a wealth of experience in recruitment and candidate management. One of Nisha’s favourite quotes to live by is – I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. In Nisha’s spare time, you will most likely find her travelling the World with a cocktail in hand!
